Very very disappointed in Action Investment Buildings in Kirbyville! If you have a problem with your building they tell you they will fix it but they don't! Even if your building is new. You never hear anything from them again. You can call many times and nothing is done.Their customer service is the worst!

It was a great experience from start to finish. They worked with me to address all my concerns with permitting and windstorm requirements. The office staff, delivery, concrete and construction crews were all polite, respectful of our property and worked efficiently. Even adjustments during construction were handled easily. Schedule communicated was met each step of the way. Just passed the final inspections and not one single issue was raised. Would highly recommend Action Investments if you’re looking for a building.

PSA: Do Not use Action investment and construction in Kirbyville TX for your metal building needs. Job finally got done but customer service is definitely lacking and don't give a $#!+ attitude is really surprising. We had problems with every single crew that came out- Dirt crew, concrete crew, and metal crew. Foreman only stays for a few mins and crews have no manners and no respect for the customers personal property. We called and brought up our concerns and they were just dismissed. Upon signing contract they said we would get a final walk through which still has not happened but yet they want the last payment check.

Great folks. Very helpful and friendly when you call with a question. And they build the best metal buildings around.

Lacking in service. Like the structures better if it was completed. It's been approx 3 months waiting on one piece of trim. I went by two weeks ago talked to sales to see if I could get it and put it up my self. He said I should not have to do it. He would have someone call me. I would not recommend
