In 2006 Alcon Construction installed my Raynor Garage Door. A few weeks back I had my first problem ever! I called on a Monday, on Tuesday 2 very awesome guys came out to my house and within 15 minutes they had my door operating properly again!! They performed some preventive maintenance and went on their way. I received the invoice today, just $72!! I highly recommended Alcon Construction, they are one of the long-standing companies in the Valley that we can trust without breaking the bank!

Fast, courteous, amazing service! My garage door broke and I called on a Monday morning. They were out in a couple of hours, fixed it and gone before noon! Great service, great communication.

Alcon is the Swiss Army knife of construction in their market and they do it well. I have the privilege of sharing best practices together in our industry peer groups. I would hire Alcon if looking to do anything construction related in the areas they serve!

Communication is the backbone of any successful business, and unfortunately, this company seems to have missed that memo. Reaching them is nearly impossible, and when they do respond, the lack of clear information has only caused more confusion and delays. Their poor communication has directly led to unnecessary problems that could have been easily avoided. If you value efficiency and professionalism, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere!
