I am very impressed with this business ..Marlene and Ivan were great and the building/ Kennel is well built ..I highly recommend Amplify..

I have purchased three buildings from amplify. I have been extremely pleased with all three, Their service is impeccable, They are very communicative, and the guys who show up are extremely professional.

Three stars because they came out quickly to do the work and worked hard until it was done. If not for that, I would give one or two stars based upon immediate leaks and the lack of customer service afterwards.
As the building was being erected, my husband noticed a flaw in the lack of flashing and the way the side wall met the roof. At that point he asked the boss “that looks like it’s going to leak, what if it leaks?” The woman responded, “it won’t leak, but if it were to leak, we warranty our work. We’ll come fix it.” (This was NOT Marlen, it was Mary or Maria from the company Marlen sub-contracted it out to).
The rain started shortly after they headed back home to NC and it has leaked majorly ever since. We did NOT contact the company immediately, as our neighbor who we referred to this company had also just had a problem with leaking, and we both concluded we had just been scammed. However, after a while we DID reach out to this company and received attitude. No efforts were made by Amplify to come out with the proper flashing to fix the issue. I really am not the type to eagerly leave bad reviews, but I feel that other people should know what could happen. Even though this was a “barn”, we were living in a camper inside of it at the time and had loads of clothes and other belongings under the main leaking edge, which got damaged. If Amplify reaches out to correct the issue I will be happy to update the review.

Bought a 24x60 enclosed shop.
They set it up last week and I’m happy with the quality. Sturdy and solid structure.

I purchased a 40x60 building from Amplify Building as a shell for a barndominium. Marlen was very patient and helpful as we went through the process of figuring out the right size and configuration of my build. The materials were well made, and construction only took 4 days. They used ladder framing which made it even stronger. The crew worked very hard and were top notch. I am very happy with the investment and the end product.

We purchased a 30x50 steel building. Price was very competitive. Process from start to finish went smoothly. The guys who constructed it did a great job, and were very hard workers. Very pleased with our building and would recommend these guys to anyone who needs a steel building.

This place is great,, no need to travel all around the country to find a building,, Marlen has got you covered ,, she is always helpful and will answer any questions you have. I got a 14X30 storage bldg and it is a great bldg,, when it arrived Ivan Garcia delievered it and he did a fantastic job setting it up,,, He is great at his job. Thanks again guys for all your help,, I will be back.

We ordered a portable building from Marlen at Amplify Buildings in King, NC and got exactly what we wanted. She was very helpful in every aspect of the process and we were pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend them if you are in need of a outdoor building of any size.

I bought a building through another company and after two builders were no shows I reached out to Amplify Buildings to see if they would erect another companies building and they accepted the job. After the final trim pieces were delivered they were there that day to start. It only took them three days to get the 40x40 building up and I couldn't be happier. Their guys worked from sun up to sun down and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them for my future projects
