We recently had our Hi-Tide remote break on us after 15 years. No one has the new remote & and board in stock. Anchor was very accommodating with being able to provide the product & the installation. Due to time limitations we ended up ordering direct from Hi-Tide & installing ourselves. Just wanted to write a review of how decent Anchor was with our situation & even provided us with the installation instructions. We will definitely look to them for any future issues & let our friends here know about them also. (Thousand Islands)

Absolutely the best! Experts! Could not be happier!

Christie and Preston were both great to work with. Product arrived in a timely manner and Preston delivered it on his barge to my dock in a few days which is pretty amazing if you know anything about dock building!! I will be replacing the boards myself. Next spring I will tackle my deck.

As a distributor of WearDeck plastic decking, Preston was great to deal with. He had my order of 50 boards ready to go when I got there, loaded them onto the truck for me, answered any questions I had, and made sure I had all the info to install it properly.

FYI plastic decking like WearDeck is a superior product to Trex, Timbertech, Fiberon and the like. Highly recommend both the product and Anchor Welding.

We had to have our dock on the east side of Cayuga Lake rebuilt as it was old and did not survive a bad storm.

We reached out to Anchor Welding and were extremely impressed by them every step of the way. Preston and Kristy were extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the whole process. They explained the subtleties of dock construction to us. It was very clear just how expert and experienced they are. They also worked with our budget and were very thorough about the different options. In the end, we got an beautiful dock designed and built by a very professional team.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to put in a new dock. A+++ !!!

If you need a dock, this is the best team you can hire. I am so pleased with the dock, this will be enjoyed by our family for many years to come. Preston did such a good job, we are already planning our next job with him. Highly recommended for any jobs you need done at the lake.
