Melissa was very clear on the ordering options and costs. Adrian at the headquarters was easy to reach and very helpful. Caitlin at the trucking company was also very helpful. Dave did a great job on the delivery. All of them worked hard to get the shed done and delivered, however, we ran into several difficulties. During building they had to wait for the correct siding. The trucking company was down a truck, so that delayed delivery.
The shed is well made and the company is easy to work with. I recommend this company. My only suggestion would be to expect delays--my shed took about 17 weeks from order to delivery. Hopefully as supplies become easier to obtain, the time frame will shorten.

Family owned. Owner Melissa is patient, kind, and professional. She and her husband take the time to be sure to listen to exactly what you think you need, and are knowledgeable about American Steel Carports Inc. (garages as well) buildings they sell.
