Uprooting people while they are out of town working. Taking their home away that they've been in for 7 years. Never fixing anything in the house until it caused other issues. When it was finally somewhat liveable they make you leave . Always paid the bills. No reason given. Just " we've decided to do something else. " This is garbage human activity. Water damage to the ceiling never fixed. Possible mold issues. The front porch light hasn't worked in 7 years. A violation of NC rental laws. I fell through the rotten deck. That's when it finally got fixed. These people are slum lords.

We provided the painting on a project for them in Tampa florida at Twin Creeks ALF. The failed to pays us for the extra work they requested and they never paid us for the retainage at the end of the job. Over $30k in losses that we took. They refused to answer our calls or emails. very bad business practice.

These guys are the best.

Beverly-Grant is such a family-minded company! I am so grateful of their support of the Junior League of Asheville, NC this year in helping us to produce the 2020 Volunteer Expo. They also have managed the construction of some great projects in Asheville!

They let their construction waste from 145 Biltmore Ave blow all over South Lexington Ave and surrounding areas with total disregard for those who live near the site. Foam lines the streets and gutters, hard plastic and plastic bags large and small are everywhere. They must think that the wind and rain are going to take care of their mess, totally disgusting.
