The folks at BMarko have been great! Their CEO is well versed in the business and technical side of things, their project management team never lets any little detail fall through the crack. While performing pre delivery inspections their welders walked us through all the little details of our container. Throughout the build it was all these little details that reassured us we made the right decision going with BMarko over the other vendors. They delivered on time and on budget all while exceeding our expectations.

My team and I partnered with BMarko Structures to deliver custom shipping containers for our outdoor, poolside lounge and pool equipment room for our multifamily development in Chattanooga, TN. After being told by multiple other fabricators that our vision was impossible, BMarko was knowledgeable, professional and made it happen! The containers feature a green roof and are a perfect frame for the pool deck view of the Tennessee River. We could not be more thrilled with the finished product!

I worked in real estate development for RangeWater Real Estate and we purchased this container to serve as a temp sales/leasing office before our model home was complete. It served as a great billboard even after we moved to the model. Matt and Antony were very easy to work with, and met schedule deadlines. Would highly recommend.

Working with BMarko Structures has been a joy. In September 2023, Beck hired BMarko Structures to build 8 new prefabricated, standalone apartment units for our project in downtown Atlanta.

Each apartment was built inside 40-foot-long shipping containers, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, doors, windows and finishes. The interior buildouts were assembled in BMarko’s warehouse near Norcross, Georgia. Then the completed units were shipped to the jobsite for final installation.

Matt and Antony did an excellent job with this project from start to finish. It was a complex fast-track project with an important deadline, and they maintained clear communication with our team, provided consistent reminders about key milestone dates, pivoted adeptly when we tossed changes at them, and exhibited real concern to make sure we had a successful project.

Beck would not hesitate to work with BMarko’s team again.
