From the order process to the install, the experience was seamless. I was notify frequently of the progress of my order. The install team was amazing! I was informed of every step that was going to take place on site. The units were assembled amazingly quick. The site was kept extremely clean and organized during assembly. Jason, Casey, and Hunter came in and crushed this delivery and installation of our portable units. They were super accommodating and knowledgeable, giving us great recommendations based on their extensive experience. I am very pleased with the work Jason and Casey performed on my Boxwell storage units. They came out specifically to assess loose door springs and tighten up the roof joints to better weather proof the storage units.

Jason communicated well, and was attentive to my concerns. All work performed was clearly documented and tracked through email. Both Boxwell contractors were professional and thorough with their work.

Huge recommendation for Boxwell! They were great to work with from the very start! Lisa was extremely informative and spent a lot of time with me answering my questions about specifics on there 16’ Units. From there the communication on the build and shipment ones is pressed with the amount of updates I received.

When yesterday arrived they all delivered on time and the rep TR that came out was awesome to work with. He knew his stuff and we hit it off very well as he was extremely personable. It was a fun day and I am very appreciate of Boxwell!!

Great service from enquiry stage to delivery

We are pleased with our Boxwell units. We want to and need to give Walter a HUGE shout out. We were installing our units in a tough spot and Walter got them exactly where we needed them and had a smile on the whole time. He came prepared, knowledgable, and experienced. They took longer to build due to our situation, but we got the job done all thanks to Walter! Thank you Walter and Boxwell!
