Braemar Building Systems

Ordered a 30x60x12 building from Braemar. Josh, in sales, patiently answered all my questions from the beginning to end. I was able to pick up the materials close by and I built the building myself with some friends in a few days. This company had the best price out of the 6 quotes I received. Would recommend/ do business with these folks again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I ordered a metal building from Braemar in August of 2021. Braemar recommended a contractor to oversee the delivery and erection of the building. The building materials were initially scheduled to be delivered in December of 2021 to our building site, but it took 9 months to receive. At the time of delivery, it was noted by the building contractor that the metal beams had a good amount of rust on both sides and we were assured it would be addressed by Braemar. The contractor notified his contact at Braemar and we were asked to submit pictures of the rust and an estimate for having the rust removed and painted with primer. Over the next 4 months, we traded emails, complying to requests by the Braemar representative and were assured our complaint was being looked into. They kept putting us off, or not responding to emails. We finally received a rejection of our complaint and Braemar is taking no responsibility for the rust on the beams. They accused us of leaving the building materials out in the weather for months, when in reality the delivery was delayed by 9 months and must have sat at their facility uncovered during that time. Our construction happened within 2 weeks of materials being delivered. We have had to pay a painting contractor $5,600 to remove the rust and paint the beams.

Beware if you order a building from Braemar and inspect the materials. They are great at taking your money, but not good at customer service! I will never recommend them to anyone and regret ordering from them to begin with!!
