Skillfully navigates the red tape this area of AZ is known for when it comes to submitting plans. I have heard horror stories of people getting stuck in redlining and revisions, but it seems that the local municipalities must trust him because I have never seen that happen with Tad. I highly recommend working with him. No matter where you are whether it's Phoenix, Sedona, Flagstaff, or Prescott.
