Founded in 1978, Burgess Specialty Fabricating has grown into a 30,000‑square‑foot metal‑fabrication and CNC‑machining operation located at 8222 Fawndale Ln, Houston, TX 77040, United States. Burgess offers full‑service metal fabrication, ranging from small‑part production to large‑equipment assemblies. Their capabilities include sheet‑metal punching with Trumpf CNC punches, six‑ and eight‑axis press brakes, and hydraulic presses for hardware installation. Precision grinding and lapping, multi‑axis milling, multi‑axis turning, as well as welding and spot‑welding are performed in‑house, allowing detailed features such as counterbores, countersinks, and threaded holes to be completed without outsourcing. The shop also provides finishing services, including wet‑panel sanding for grain finishes on flat material up to 36 inches wide and vibratory deburring for batch‑processed small parts.
