I have worked with Candor on several projects at my property over the past few years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they have consistently demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and an exceptional level of customer service.
The first project I hired them for was to add an additional driveway access through our swale. They completed the job flawlessly, with meticulous attention to detail and at a fair price. Every aspect of the process, from communication to execution, was handled with utmost professionalism.
Since then, I’ve continued to rely on Candor for various projects, including clearing overgrown trees and vegetation, installing a concrete pad and metal building, and now a new concrete driveway. Each project has been approached with care, dedication, and an impressive level of knowledge.
For the metal building and pad installation, their team went above and beyond by identifying potential challenges, such as the location of our water well and the property’s soil elevations in relation to setbacks. They explained every step of the process in detail, ensuring everything passed inspection without a hitch. I appreciated their openness and flexibility in allowing me to pull my own permits, which was incredibly helpful given the timeline of our other concurrent projects.
Lauren’s outstanding communication and customer service have made coordinating each project seamless, and Andy’s bobcat skills are truly remarkable. They consistently arrive on time, work efficiently, and stay committed to delivering exceptional results.
Candor has been a trusted partner for us, and I would confidently recommend them for any development needs, including land clearing, concrete work, metal building installations, and machine work. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is unmatched.
Thank you, Candor, for making every project a success!
We had a horrible experience with Candor Carports. Hidden billing practices, billing for work not completed, billing for things that were supposed to be free (hay and seed), damage to our property including destroying our whole front yard grass, concrete pad poured incorrectly to size and does not match our rollup door, pad cracking away on all sides and they are now putting liens on our property even though they owe us money for damage. This is nothing new for Candor and have now changed their name to Florida Metal Buildings, LLC. To be clear, they do not install or manufacture your building. They only do the dirt work and concrete. Both were subpar. There are over 20 people in my neighborhood with the same complaints. If you don't want to take our word for it, visit the county and ask about complaints made against them and their work.
