Horrible business. Won't return calls or emails. When you call they say "they'll have someone call you back". Never happens. I lost a lot of money. Thieves!!

The worst communication I have ever had with someone is sales or wanting to sell something. Makes me feel great about spending thousands and waiting to see if anyone shows up and how sketchy the contractor is.

Jessica Tuttle was amazing, she has great communication. Never had any problems whit wholesale direct carports. I am very satisfied with how all the details I wanted on my building came out exactly how I wanted it! I got a 40’X60’ comercial building and it looks amazing! I definitely plan on using this company again for any carport I would like in the future 10 out of 10 recommend!

They were not truthful. When it was time for them to install the building, they raised the price and blamed the increase on the manufacturer and would not give us back our deposit.

This has been the absolute worst company I have ever done business with. $10,000 in concrete after jordan told me they could get a building done only to be let down by them and custom built structures. Several delays no return phone calls or emails.

Please do your research on this company and who they purchase from you will be surprised at what you learn. YouTube video on the whole process that I have experience is coming very soon.

After pricing out a 20x30 metal carport locally, I opted to purchase one through this company to save a few bucks. The sales rep Jordan closed the sale quickly and reasonably though afterwards trying to remain in contact to get updates was difficult. He didn't answer either his land line or cell, and email responses were few and far between. The delivery time was well beyond 6-8 weeks and the manufacturer in Mt. Airy (Custom Metal Structures) was even more of a thorn to work with. I was able to make my down payment to Jordan using my credit card without issue and there was nothing in my contract that stated otherwise, but when attempting to make payment in full, it took all but me driving four hours to NC and hollering at them. It just appears the company has a close the sale and move on mentality.

I’ve been trying to get a quote from Jordan Bennett since February 28… Still no quote - I have reached out requesting updates, even sent pictures from their website of exactly what I want, and nothing. If they can’t even manage a quote, how will they manage an actual order and installation? I guess I’ll go with Viking.

They did an amazing job. It took them 3 days. I am very pleased. I am looking to buy one more for my business.

Beware... There are not a licensed contractor in many areas of indiana and could not install building as promised in their advertisement. But did take my deposit. Hanna Goin said last week that I had been credited the $1900.00 According to Visa it was not done or even attempted. I now have filed a dispute with Visa. Beware...

I ordered a carport almost three months ago. The representative, Hanna, said the estimate delivery was 3-6 weeks. I liked the timeframe as I had a big event planned and needed the carport for it. Almost three months later I still don’t have a carport. I posted a comment on their Facebook page about their estimated delivery being inaccurate and they blocked me from commenting or messaging them. That is terrible customer service. When I brought it up to an representative on the phone, she said, “it hurts our business.” You’d think they would have messaged me or commented on my comment vs. deleting it and blocking me. At least I can post a review in regards to their terrible customer service here without them deleting it. I did file a complaint with the BBB as well.

In response to your reply: My comment on your Facebook page wasn’t negative. It simply stated for people to be aware that they aren’t accurate with their delivery estimate. I was in customer service years ago and know what good customer service looks like. You don’t block someone with an honest comment. You reply and state exactly what you stated. Maybe even send me a private message apologizing for the wait but that it’s out of your control. Instead nothing! A company that can’t handle negative feedback is a company that isn’t for the customer. I need two more carports but will go with the local company All Steel NW. Everyone recommended them. I wish I’d have listened.
