This is Dave Brown. I own Burke's Outdoor equipment. Our new building on US Hwy 30 opened 2 years ago. We hired Chester from design through build. I have been in the commercial real estate business for over 30 years and had the best experience with Chester and all of their team members from beginning to end. Not only do they design and build a very high quality product, but the customer service is also outstanding. We had a positive experience with every one we worked with on the project. I particularly want to than Tony Hart who was our project manager. It never mattered if it was after normal business hours or on the weekend, he was always there to answer the phone and discuss anything we had going on.

I’ve worked with Chester on three commercial construction projects in 2018, 2020, and 2024, and I’m now in the planning states of a fourth project. Their proactive approach to every aspect of the building process is truly exceptional. I’ve never had to chase them about delays, thanks to their network of skilled employees and subcontractors who are great at planning for any contingency. Each project was delivered on time, within budget, and with outstanding quality. Their team’s communication and foresight make them a standout, and I’m confident in their ability to deliver again.
