Chinelli Design Build

With more than two decades of experience, Chinelli Design Build has turned client visions into custom homes throughout central Florida. Based at 839 N Amelia Ave, DeLand, FL 32724, USA, the firm serves homeowners in DeLand, DeBary, Longwood, Lake Mary and the surrounding Volusia and Seminole counties. Principal Mike Chinelli leads a team that blends residential design, new‑home construction, and renovation work, handling each project from initial sketches through final finishes.

Clients work directly with the builder to shape floor plans and aesthetic details, while Chinelli Design Build applies a coordinated approach that includes architects, skilled artisans, and modern project‑management software. This structure keeps owners informed of progress, budget, and schedule, aiming for on‑time, in‑budget delivery. The company’s portfolio features a range of styles—traditional, transitional, and contemporary—demonstrating flexibility in meeting diverse design preferences.

In addition to new custom homes, the firm offers renovation and remodel services, allowing existing residences to be upgraded with the same attention to material quality and craftsmanship. Throughout each phase, Mike Chinelli personally oversees construction activities to ensure that workmanship meets the standards expected by the client base, many of whom return or refer new projects. Prospective homeowners can explore past projects, video tours, and client testimonials on the Chinelli Design Build website before initiating a consultation.
