We had Classic build us a large custom shop (50x56x12) in the summer 2024. Tim Youtsey was great to work with. He and the team at Classic were very organized, efficient, and produced a great structure for us. We were provided with actual design plans prior to starting construction for our review, incorporated our revisions, and then built exactly to the plan. After making all our material and color selections and signing off on the plans, they were able to start construction within a few weeks and finished quickly with a short break between finishing concrete and starting framing. Their price was fair (compared to quotes from about 8 or 9 other local builders) and quality of construction is great! We have no complaints and highly recommend them for your project!

I am very pleased with my new Barndominium from Classic Buildings. Tim Youtsey was my Building Consultant and did an excellent job keeping the project moving along.

I am very pleased with my final product from Classic Buildings. I have a great shop that, even through mounds of snow and torrential rains, is dry as a bone. Their work product is tight, with very good attention to detail.

There were aspects of the build that I had to handle myself, and that was a learning curve. Be very aware of that going into the contract - which Mr. Youtsey will explain in detail and thoroughly.

Mr. Youtsey was always available with a quick answer to idiotic questions (he must get a lot of those). Any error or change order that occurred in the build was addressed with speed.

I would gladly use Classic again!

Top-notch turnkey home builders. From initial design to certificate of occupancy, these guys do it all!
