CNY Buildings is amazing! They put up a garage for us a year ago and it has been great. Patty was very pleasant and gets back to you quickly and makes the whole process very smooth. They are very affordable and get it done in about a day. Would recommend to anyone!

Cny buildings was a pleasure to work with from the minute I met with them the first time, all thru the process and even after completion. The owners truly care about making a customer happy, satisfied and comfortable thru the process. Their service is top tier, as they are always a phone call away. Once the build was set up, the crew that came to do the install was amazing. Even after the install the owners would stay in contact to make sure we were satisfied with the work that was completed! I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for services they provide!

Patty at CNY buildings is awesome!! She went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with a unique situation about my damaged carport. She is very responsive and eager to help and reached out to the vendor on my behalf multiple times when I was having some difficulty getting ahold of them. A terrible company to deal with. They put up a building for my customer, and water coming in everywhere. I had called them a few times, but they didn't seem to care. They said that that's what he paid for. You should be aware of this company, as they do not warranty their work

I went and tried to rent from this company back in August. The business owner Patty has horrible customer service skills and is very rude when trying to contact, please be advised if you do choose to rent from them. Her customer service skills made me choose another company. Very unprofessional

CNY Buildings in Newport NY. I was in the market for a garage in my yard. Saw their display buildings. Decided to stop. Patty Marko the owner explained everything about the TOL Building. She answered all of my questions. We designed a 26x30 garage. I ordered it then decided to change the colors. She helped me in the change. The Building came it was up in 2 days. The work crew was professional and courteous. If you're planning on a simple shed or large garage building I would highly recommend you stop by CNY Buildings and see Patty

Very good experience. We debated about which way to go for a garage, wood stick built or one of these metals buildings. We went and looked at the display garage in Newport several times, that was so helpful! We decided that this was the best way for us. Next was the fun part and figuring out colors and the size. We debated what to do for wall height and door and window locations many many times, Patty was very patient with all of our questions and changes. We finally decided what we wanted and ordered it and within 3 weeks the garage was done. We are thrilled with how it turned out.

Ask questions were answered very promptly, and construction of new building was less than half the recommended exit time I was told from day one. Everything went very smooth working with CNY Buildings.

Patty is excellent to work with! She communicated with us regularly and answered all of our questions. She even delivered color samples to our home for us. When we had some setbacks due to COVID, Patty did everything she could to make sure the building process went smoothly for us. We are very happy with our building! Highly recommended!
