So slow of getting back to us. Went with a different company!

Odd contact info for a company this size. Today is 9/17 and on 8/29 i called to request an estimate for a 40x60 building on my property. I have talked with the same guy (cell number for a salesman that is used as the only company contact in their advertisements) serval times since for some sort of pricing and he fumbles over several excuses why he hasn't done it yet. Can't imagine letting a customer go over a single salesman that obviously is overwhelmed.

I needed some metal panels on my warehouse replaced. I googled to find a company and found CSB did this type of work. Chad came out right away to look at the scope of work and sent me a quote. After I agreed, Chad ordered the panels and as soon as he got them, the guys came out and replaced them. The entire process from start to finish was quick and painless. Chad color matched the metal panels to my existing panels and it looks great. I would highly recommend the CSB team and will definitely use them in the future.
