D J Haycook Construction Co

D J Haycook Construction Company follows a client‑focused process that begins with a clear design vision and ends with a finished building that reflects that same level of care. Founded by Dennis J. Haycook, the firm emphasizes superior service and quality throughout each phase, from initial planning to on‑site execution. Based at 407 Downing St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168, the team—led on daily operations by veteran Reed Hadley—handles a wide variety of project types, including educational facilities, office parks, recreation centers, banking, religious buildings, retail and industrial warehouses, cold‑storage, transportation hubs, libraries, defense installations, healthcare, entertainment venues, correctional facilities, laboratories, commercial kitchens, auditoriums, and multifamily housing. If a project falls outside these categories, the company invites prospective clients to discuss their specific needs and explore customized solutions.
