Direct Quality Structures

First I would like to start by saying Marcie is one of the reasons my husband and I went with Direct Quality Structures. Marcie’s customer service is Top Notch . She communicates well and keeps you informed. However, the reason I’m giving two stars is because we had our building delivered on 23rd of July. The contractors who put the building up did not square the building to concrete. We called Direct Quality Structure to see how we can fix the situation. We made them aware of the situation on a Monday it is Wednesday and no one is returning our calls about a date and time of when somebody will be out to asses the damage and what the next steps are. We paid our building in full. This type of customer service is unacceptable and makes me not want to refer anyone else to the company for fear of poor customer service and bad experience. Hopefully we will hear back from someone soon because we cannot continue building our structure until this issue is resolved. This is pushing our deadline dates back and causing a big inconvenience.
