Five Stars: I called DS Roofing. Made an appt. that day. (No lost messages, no need to call back numerous times.) The salesperson came when he said. He was prepared with roofing pictures, samples, pricing. He explained how the pricing worked, brought a ladder, got up and looked at my roof.
(Another company...not so good. Many calls, waited full 2 weeks for appt. And the salesperson never came! Finally called to remind her, & she seemed surprised but showed up (tipsy maybe?).
She brought no pictures, samples, prices, and definitely no ladder. She said her company just uses 'Google Satellite' for estimates Hmmm)
DS Roofing promptly sent an itemized estimate, substantially lower than the others. The schedule for roofing was set and KEPT. The workers finished quickly with NO PROBLEMS. After the job was done, the crew cleaned up everything.
The dumpster was gone the next day. The salesperson was nice enough to come by with a ladder to take photos for my insurance. He also checked around the house to be sure everything was picked up. Later in the day, the foreman arrived to double check. Throughout the process the salesman called just to check in! Who does that? DS Roofing!

Dependable. Efficient. Trustworthy.

This company makes cold calls, spam text messages, and door flyers. I randomly get text messages from this company asking me of if I want a new roof.

Our Salesman Rowdy, is top notch. Honest and straightforward! All around a great guy! To the Amish gentleman that did the installation, they did amazing. Very happy with our new roof!

DSL did an excellent job on our rental house roof that was damaged by wind in the spring. The wait time was reasonable and it was tapped while we waited. The cost of the job was less than I had anticipated which is unusual these days. I highly recommend DSL.

Incredible service! They replaced our shingles with a metal roof. They did a great job, great price, and very hard working. We thank God for you guys!

Had a metal roof installed in July 2025 poor workmanship. The flashing work looked horrible and the amount of caulk used everywhere made it hard to believe the roofing was installed correctly. A worker did come back 2 different times to correct errors however each time they damaged another section. Finally the roof was done so the sales person said because of all the issues he would give us 2 sections of gutters at no charge. Yesterday the gutters were installed ( weren't installed in July because the wrong size was ordered even though we had specified 6 inch gutters). Installed gutters look okay. However, the 2 gutters at no charge only meant we didn’t get downspouts in 2 sections that were originally supposed to have them. The sales person said he would be at the job site to make sure gutters got installed correctly. He was here for 2 minutes!!! I am assuming he thought we just would not notice that they shorted us 2 downspouts be able to put gutters on the top portion of the roof.
Honestly I am so disappointed, we have saved for this project for a long time. I guess since our house is "older" and not a new build the company just didn't care how it looked. We are still picking up nails and shingles from our yard that we find. We will hire another company next year to fix the issues.

I can't recommend these folks enough. Rowdy had me an estimate for a new roof on my home and sheds within 24 hours. It was a fair price. We had a short wait on their list before work could begin.

Melo and his crew did an excellent job. They were respectful of our planters and landscaping. Three buildings and roughly 40sq of roofing were done in a day. They also did a great job magnet sweeping the yard and driveway. The debris bin was removed the following day.

My kids and I were out some of the day playing in the yard and the workers were nice enough to wave and be kind to the curious kids!

Had my Home and a rental property roofs replaced. Delivered the price that My insurance company and I could live with. Happy with the results. James Dawson was excellent to work with.

We can highly recommend DS. It was a very good experience from the phone call to company-sales explaining and to the completion. It was a joy working with then.
