Dynamic Metals, LLC
Founded in 2015, Dynamic Metals, LLC has built a reputation in Florida for fabricating metal roofing systems that meet the state’s demanding climate requirements. Operating out of 2951 SE Dominica Terrace, Stuart, FL 34997, USA, the company serves contractors, engineers, and building officials throughout the region, supplying both residential and commercial metal products that comply with the Florida Building Code.
Dynamic Metals fabricates a variety of roof‑panel profiles—including the DM Class series ranging from 500 to 2000 —each engineered for specific installation methods such as crimp, snap‑lock, nailstrip, mechanical lock, and mechanical seam. These profiles are tested for wind pressure, tensile strength, material composition, thickness and water penetration, aiming to exceed standard performance thresholds for Florida’s wind and rain exposure.
In addition to custom metal fabrication, the firm acts as a building‑materials supplier and roofing‑supply store, providing a selection of colors and finishes that can be visualized through an online tool. Their product line supports new construction as well as retrofits, offering options suited to residential homes and larger commercial projects alike.

Delivery of metal for new roof was smooth, good on them for material and delivery. The delivery team was accommodating to leave the materials within the area on the property I requested.
Admin side of the house, not so good. I received a letter with threat to place a lien on the house saying they were unpaid by my contractor. The invoice is less than 30 days old. They pulled the trigger too soon. This should be addressed to the contractor after 30 days and then potentially with the homeowner AFTER 60 days. To serve notice to a homeowner and NOT contact the contractor is borderline predatory.
The language on the notice is also incorrectly written and choppy. Cut and paste from different sections of Florida CH713, part 1. We have attorneys in the family, and while they got me legally, it will be resolved as payments were made. Lets see how long to get a release of lien it takes the same ones who are quick to make claims.
I called Dynamic to advise that my contractor will settle and the threat of the lien was announced again very quickly and easily, even after I said invoice was less than 30 days old. Lack of professionalism. Really dropped the ball in this area of their business.
To Dynamic Metals, If this seems inaccurate, let me know and i will modify this review or remove it. This is an honest and straightforward review. If you send me a release to reverse your intent of your letter along with an acknowledgement of your ill practice, I'll modify or remove this review to be fair.
UPDATE/REPLY: Had the person who could only say 'we will file a lien' and handled this half as gently as your public reply, this review would not exist. it was a notice, not a lien, which should be somewhat clear when i mentioned there was 'a threat of a lien' and 'not a lien'. I read the Florida statute. Your notice has a lot of copy and paste and grammatically incorrect statements. The bottom line, your people on the admin side dropped the ball. To say a letter is sent to each homeowner is somewhat odd practice. I understand the law and the timelines, the letter is not a gentle heads up. The contractor said you had not even let them know. You overprotected. No need to email to walk me through to validate your actions. Maybe take that time to review your process and improve it. good luck, i got my release letter. do better. shall i post the letter?
