COMMUNICATION SUCKS. I'm now having to take over this battle because I feel like my father is being taken advantage of. Y'all act like Y'all can't get back to clients after they pay the deposit. My states permitting office emailed Nov 10 my father didn't get an email from a rep until Dec 10th and before that there was no communication and it's right back to that. And yes I understand the holidays so that is taken into consideration. Now my dad a senior & retired vertan is stuck with continuing to do bad business with them or to be out of the money he paid since the down payment is non refundable.

Eagle Carports were fast and efficient. The professionalism displayed was extremely appreciated. My order was placed over the phone and days before installation the follow up to ensure a smooth install was amazing. Totally love the work and building erected on my property. The staff that came to our home was FANTASTIC. They were polite, knowledgeable and punctual. They cleaned the work site after work was completed and really went above and beyond. We will be using Eagle again.

Professional and quick, but Carport still looks Great even with the quick work. I love it!
