Potential scam warning: Some things, he did well, but he insisted on pressure washing the house despite not owning a pressure washer, rented one and obviously didn't know how to use it, and ended up trashing my entire houses paint job. Did things we didn't even ask him to do, and charged us to do them of course, so despite claiming to be the "cheapest guy around", hidden fees ended up costing us three times what we would have paid for a professional company. Plus now we have to hire and pay for someone else to fix his mistakes.

Unfortunately with contractor scammers like these, it's cheaper to pay them off than it is to fight a contractors lien in court, so I accept that the money I paid is long gone, but the best thing I can do for now is prevent you from making the same mistake I did.
