Elevate Steel Carports. Inc.

While the carport is sturdy, well-manufactured and the install crews are great...beware!!! When I needed to have the carport moved, I was told it would take 3-4 hours. It took less than 30 minutes with a crew of 4. When I asked for an adjustment for the $600.00 in labor, I was told I agreed to the charges, no refunds. Even if relatively polite, that kind of "business policy" is just enough for me to say, you should be very very specific when getting an estimate. 5 stars for the product and the crew. 1 star for the labor charge, that alone makes this whole experience--all the calling and emailing I had to do in followups too, just not how customers should experience business services.

UPDATE: I stand by my warning to future buyers. In the end, I paid $600.00 for 1/2 hour of labor which works out to a rate of $150.00 per crew person. That is an over the top rate for labor. So I remain steadfast in my warning. Buyer beware, simple. That is all.

Elevate put up our metal barn and we Love it! They were so easy to work with even with all the changes I made! I would highly recommend them. The installation crew was amazing. They put it up in one day and every detail was perfect. They were also so polite and kind.

Just want to say if your looking for a good company to buy your steel structure from I would recommend them to anyone wanting a smooth and expedient no hassle process with a good quality structure. Their installers were very professional as well as their quality of work! I recommend this company very much!

I am so grateful for the wonderful team of people working at Elevate Steel Carports, Inc.. The responsiveness and professionalism I encountered from the office staff to the construction crew was outstanding. The building was completed in 1 1/2 days. Unfortunately a window pane cracked. Considering I live two hours out of the SLC area I was afraid it might take some time for anyone to to get back out here to replace it but the company had someone out the next day! I have no complaints and would highly recommend Elevate Steel Carports!

We absolutely LOVED working with Elevate steel for our two car metal garage. It turned out beautiful!
We decided that we were going to leave off the roll up garage door that is included with it and get a different company to come in and install that and that worked out perfectly! We had just a few minor hiccups with elevate that could have easily been avoided with more communication but overall we are very grateful to them. They even showed up on thanksgiving day to get the job finished up! 10/10 would go with elevate again. Thank you guys so much! We absolutely love our new garage!! We went with a 20Wx24D garage and it fits both our vehicles very nicely plus we were able to install a very nice loft as well for extra storage!

This company did a great job we had placed a order with another company and they made excuses and would not show up to install the car ports 4 times they had issues so we called the sales man and he said I have another dealer let me call them so we gave him another chance this company jumped right in and had a time scheduled within a week called multiples times to verify our order and when found out colors got mixed on the order called and got that corrected installers showed up when they scheduled and worked so hard to get 2 carports installed they were great this was a tough job that included getting down a tough dirt road and they did it and installed our order… would defiantly recommend them…

Great company! They knew what they were doing. Competitive on pricing. Dasha was amazing and was responsive, had great follow through and got our specific questions answered. The installation crew was fast and very professional. I would definitely use them again.
