Great company to deal with! We hit some snags during the permitting process (through no fault of Federal's) and Russell kept in constant communication with us while we were navigating that. We really wouldn't have seen this project through without his guidance and expertise. Thank you!

From my experience they’ve had great communication which has made a huge difference in meeting our project needs efficiently. Their consistent support and expertise have not only streamlined our builds, but have also helped us confidently expand into new markets. Their reliability, quality materials, and builder-focused service set them apart from anyone I’ve worked with in the past. They aren’t just a supplier they’re a partner.

If you are a contractor, don’t get scammed. They will call you saying they need a qualified contractor in your area. After 20 mins of answering questions on the phone, they say it costs $8k to become one of their contractors. That would be like a homeowner calling you saying they need a contractor to remodel their kitchen but you need to pay them to get the job. Makes no sense. Does not nor would not ever happen in contruction. Read the reviews of other contractors who made the mistake of paying them and never landed one job.

This is a scam! They call looking for local contractors to work with. And promise 1 lead a week. The cost to become an independent contractor is over $9k. I made the mistake of doing it. This was 2 years ago. In the first few months I received a few leads. (Have t had any others in over a year) I found federal steels pricing was so high that no one wanted to move forward. Just recently I saw 2 buildings going up by another contractor. I initially had priced this project. The paid 1/3 of federal steels cost and the quality was superior to what federal steel offers! Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!

I Wasn't Sure if they could get the specs right for my barndo, they did and had everything done quicker than I was hoping for.

I have been working with Federal Steel Systems since they started 9 years ago. I have been dealing with one of the owners, Ryle Richmond, for over 30 years? Having purchased numerous buildings from them I am now designing and building a Barndominium for myself . This is a big project and during the process I have been very satisfied with how the staff and design engineers have met all of my needs. There are no words to express my appreciation for the whole organization. Thanks Federal Steel Systems !!!!
