Lee Fowler is Super Professional. His proposal was detailed as to the scope of work and breakdown, also accompanied by a video presentation of the problems he observed and the way to fix them. He later accommodated to my schedule, showed up and did the work quickly and beautifully.

Dan Knapp was fantastic in determining the root cause of a leak I had in my bathroom ceiling. I had contacted 5 other roofers and none of them could help me figure why the issue was happening - they all offered to fix it without actually solving the underlying problem. Dan came in, went into the attic and pinpointed exactly where the issue was.

I called several roofing companies, starting with the more highly rated companies, never heard back from anyone! Finally, called Fowler Homes one morning, left a message and received a phone call back from Lee right around lunch. I told him that I needed a new roof, when could he come out for an estimate? I thought I would have to try to take a day off work or see if they would meet me on a Saturday. Lee asked if I was available to meet them at 6:30 that evening!
I received the estimate the next day. Great experience from beginning to end! I initially called on Tuesday and had a new roof by Friday! No debris on the ground, everything picked up and looking good! Just in time for the big rains! Everyone was friendly and treated my "small" job (my house is probably 1100 sq ft) as if it was the most important project they had! What a wonderful feeling knowing that my house is watertight again and I don't have to worry during the heavy spring rains!
12/4/25 - Had a leak around a skylight so I called Fowler to come out and take a look. They are always responsive, detailed and mostly, respectful! I have a small house/cottage but everyone at Fowler has always treated me as if I lived in a mansion. The guys get out quickly, get the job done and leave my place clean! They are awesome!

We shopped for a while to find a decent roofer to replace our roof this year. Fowler was not the lowest quote we got (far from the highest too), but they were extremely knowledgeable, very accommodating, and highly responsive. Justin came up an hour or so out of his way to drop off samples I think four? separate times while we were being indecisive, and never batted an eye. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and courteous. Most importantly, the crew was in and out in a day, worked safely, and the workmanship is top-notch.

I don't think I'll need roofing work anytime soon, but if I do, or have any other exterior work, these folks will be my first call.
