Stay Away – Terrible Communication and Service
I ordered a carport over 3 months ago and put down a deposit with a signed contract. My salesman, Tom Johnson, stopped responding after a few weeks. I was told by the installer, Arkansas Metal Structures, that there was a price increase and I needed to speak with Tom. After finally reaching him, he said it would cost an extra $2,700 for engineered drawings and a 35 lb snow load — something I had already included in the original $5,000 agreement.
I declined and asked for my deposit back. It took multiple calls and messages to both Tom and the owner, who also failed to return my calls as promised. Only after persistent follow-up did I finally get my deposit refunded.
This company has horrible communication and zero accountability — from the salesman to the owner. I do not recommend doing business with them.
