Go Green Custom Homes

Homeowners who want a truly personalized residence built with a focus on sustainability will find a partner in Go Green Custom Homes. Located at 4524 US‑281, Blanco, TX 78606, USA, the firm specializes in designing and constructing custom homes that blend high‑quality craftsmanship with green building practices.

Founded by brothers Jacob and Jared Gautreau, third‑generation builders who have been active in the trade since 2004, the company draws on a lifetime of carpentry experience passed down from their father, John Gautreau. Their approach rests on fairness, honesty, integrity and professionalism, aiming to create lasting relationships with each client while delivering homes that reflect the owners’ vision.

As certified green builders, Go Green integrates energy‑saving features such as rainwater‑harvesting systems, foam insulation, high‑SEER HVAC equipment, energy‑efficient windows, advanced lighting, and Energy Star appliances. These elements are selected to achieve low‑energy performance without compromising budget considerations, supporting the broader goal of keeping the Hill Country environment healthy.

The team’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship is evident in every phase of the build, from initial design through final finishing. By prioritizing the client’s needs and maintaining transparent communication, Go Green Custom Homes offers a reliable option for those seeking a custom‑built home that balances aesthetic appeal, durability and environmental responsibility.
