We love our Graber custom building. The building is amazing and more than we had pictured. The Graber team is thorough, follows through with commitments and is very great at communicating!

When we decided to build a Bardo on our acreage in the country, we had no clue how to start the process, thankfully we found Alton and GCS. From our first call he has walked along side us every step of the way, answered all our questions and really made us feel comfortable. We were able to design our dream barndo with Altons help and he made great recommendations and is very knowledgeable about the industry, more so than anyone else we talked to.

When we got to building we were very pleased with the various crews that worked on our project. Quality work and very friendly people! We had some delays with the weather but they were sure to communicate with us on what is going on behind the scenes. Overall we were very pleased with GCS and would highly recommend them on your barndominium!

I met with all the big and small Barndominium building companies in the area. I ended up choosing GCS and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I wanted a family owned & operated company feel with a high end quality built home and I got just that. Upon the first meeting with one of their salesman (Alton) I had a good feeling about this company. He went over all the details and options with me and made sure I had all my questions and concerns answered during the designing/bidding process. Unlike competitors that I met with, Alton didn't bash the competitors. He told me straight forward what makes GCS great. After we signed the contract,, I had the privilege to work with Jacob, a project manager with GCS during the construction process. He always answered all my calls and texts right away, and he kept me up to date on progress every few days. The crew members where very clean cut & professional. At the end of each day, the crew made sure the job site was cleaned up and neat. Upon completion, Jacob met with us to go over the project and made sure we where 100% happy with our build. Overall we where thrilled from the first time we called GCS requesting a quote to the last day we took possession of our Barndo.

Small thing that happened after the build when I was Backfilling topsoil, I damaged 2 sheets of tin and a end corner trim, I called up Jacob and wanted to order replacements. They had someone out to fix it in 3 days, free of charge!!! You just dont find that level of customer service in this day and age.

Overall, I highly recommend Graber for your next project. They exceeded our expectations at every turn.

I hired this company to build a 30x40 structure on my property back in nov 2024 gave them a deposit to get me on there schedule for march 2025. Well it's August now with no building and they keep giving me the excuse permitting is the issue. Plus it's like pulling teeth to get any information from them. I'm starting to question If I should have gone with someone else, because this is ridiculous. At this point I'd think twice before using them.
