Grayson Drake Construction was super professional, efficient and very knowledgeable on how to fix the issues we had. Our water heater burst and left damage to our hallway and bathroom. We recently had Grayson Drakes Construction INC remodel our kitchen, remove walls, install new doors and windows, and update the flooring - and the results are fantastic.

TL/DR fantastic work in an emergency situation.

The ceiling in my kitchen started leaking every time it rained. They were able to come investigate that day, pinned down the issue, removed all the damaged portion of the ceiling, mitigated the issue until it could be resolved the next day, waited patiently for it to rain again, then closed my ceiling back up. It looks far better than it did to begin with. Sadly, I don't have a before pic for comparison. Also, I will be getting it painted later which is why there is variation in color in the photo.
