We were so thankful we used Greiner Buildings for our garage! It is so expertly constructed and we enjoy using it everyday! Even when an accident happened to part of the building from our electrician Greiner was timely getting back out to repair it good as new! We highly recommend using Greiner Buildings if you are looking at a new garage or shed of any size!

We had a terrible experience with Greiner Building. It took them almost 6 months to finish a 30X48 shell of a building. We were told the project would take 3 weeks and with good weather only 2. We figured they spent 8 days on site and only 3 of those days were full working day. Our cement it pitted in the house which we were going to use as the flooring but because of the poor craftsmans ship we probably won't be able to. Two walls are out of plum so we are having to use spacer in the walls to make up the difference. They left our yard a mess with concrete pieces, rock, and screws. They were short on materials even though the materials sat in our yard for months. Customer service was terrible but they were quick to make sure we paid our contract in full. If using Greiner make sure you get a time limit in your contract and maybe this was our fault when were building for the first time.
