High Quality Steel Structures

I must say that the crew who came to setup our new garage knew what they were doing. They were quick, professional, and worked extremely well together. The only complaint I have is not with THEIR work but, with the scheduling department and that might be unfair to them. We were told that there was a 6 to 10 week lead time when we ordered. That turned into a 5 month lead time. Weather being their main excuse. We signed the contract and sent the downpayment in August. Our building came to be setup on Sunday the 21st of December and was finished on the 22nd. If you are not in a hurry (or order really early) then, High Quality Steel Structures is a bargain. We are very satisfied with the results.

High Quality Steel Structures did an excellent job on my barn. The building itself came out exactly how I hoped, solid and well built. The install crew was professional, worked hard, and clearly knew what they were doing. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

The High Quality crew did an awesome job putting up our 25 x 30 building. They arrived at 8:00AM and finished at 5:00PM. They worked hard and the building looks great! Communication with the office staff and scheduling could have been better. From deposit to completing the building took 4 months. We were told they were coming on Sunday with materials, at 3:00 PM I had to reach out to find out if they were coming or not. Then I was told they would arrive in the morning, I asked several times for an ETA and then was finally provided a time. The building is a great quality for the price.

Just had my 30x70x14 installed.Cannot be any happier...quality building and craftsmanship!!!Highly recommend them.I will use them again!!

Would give zero stars if I could. I’m almost positive we have been scammed. We are going on 18 weeks since paying a deposit and cannot get even the engineering specs back. We are told every single week, “we will have them next week”. Never happens. This is for a school and an entire group of CHILDREN have been uprooted from their current place of learning because High Quality has missed every single promised deadline. Every SINGLE one. The building was PROMISED TO BE UP by October 25th. We can’t pour concrete bc we can’t get the specs!!!! We’ve been kind, given grace and I’ve never been more disappointed in a company. They refuse to give us our money back when NO product has been delivered. They refuse to give the name of the engineering group they use, and refuse to let us speak to the owner. I have never been more disappointed in a company.

I am extremely pleased with the job done by the guys at High Quality Steel Structures. They did an unbelievably fast building construction. I will be recommending them to anyone in need of high quality steel buildings.

I had an overall good experience. I was a little concerned when I reached out to my salesman without any response multiple times after my deposit was made. I reached out to the company and found out my salesman was no longer with the company. They gave me a new contact and everything went well from there. Alex took over where my previous salesman left off and everything went well. Thank you Alex for stepping up and taking care of me.
