Just had a new roof installed by HKC. This is the second roof they have done for me. The last one was 18 years ago. Hail damage is the only reason we needed a new one.

The crew busted it out in one day, well before dark. Great group of roofers, they worked together seamlessly, it was a joy to watch.

And the price was the lowest of the three I got.

I could not have had a better experience.

I was informed by King contracting that I needed a roof due to hail damage that occurred in March. I asked the rep to come back the next day to speak with both my husband and myself to go over things.. made arrangements and rep did not show or call . We then called another roofing company who looked at our roof and advised we did not have hail damage and did not need a roof .. at this point I’m like what the heck. I then called HKC roofing to inspect my roof . David cooper came out and thoroughly checked my roof , siding and gutters .. Mr. Cooper also stated I did not need a roof nor did we gave Any hail damage . I want to Thank HKC roofing for their thoroughness and honesty . I appreciate it so much and would definitely recommend them for an Honest opinion!

HKC just finished installing my roof. Stephen B helped me through the whole process from start to finish. From tearing the roof off, installing the new roof, to cleanup I’m very satisfied. Highly recommend!

We had HKC replace our roof. I am very pleased. Excellent Workmanship! They paid close attention even to the smallest detail. Completed in just two days and clean up fast and efficient. We now have a beautiful roof that adds value and curb appeal. I highly recommend HKC. It’s been 8 years and roof is still like new.

HKC Roofing & Construction was hands down the best construction or roofing experience my family has ever had. My wife and I noticed a leak in our roof and reached out to HKC Roofing & Construction who was there within days to give us a quote. Once we hired HKC Roofing & Construction we were scheduled and then the new roof was completed within 2 weeks. Amazing! Worked with Steve Kaelin in the beginning. He was amazing to work with. The roofers came today and did an amazing job working till dark. They cleaned everything and the roof looks amazing. I have passed their name to all my friends. Wouldn't have anyone else. Will work with Art Kennedy when he comes to inspect.

We hired HKC to install our metal shingle roof. I found they had specialized expertise and experience with this roofing system. Every person we dealt with took a personal interest in our project. The owner made multiple trips to the site to inspect and update us. The craftsmen sent to the site did excellent work and went the extra mile.
Special shout out to Gary, Mike, Pedro, and I wish I had caught the site craftsmen's names.. they worked in bitter cold weather and did great work nonetheless.

Matter of fact, I did reach out to my roofing representative Stephen the day after the roof was started to talk about dissatisfaction with the process. I have the text messages as proof. A month or so goes by and after reaching out to the district manager I received a text from Ed asking me to call him in which I responded asking for all communication to be in writing due to hearsay with the initial contract not being as promised in person, leading to the second contract. No written communication was received afterwards. 7 months later, The issues stemmed from HKC have been fixed via another company, I am still storing supplies that were left by HKC and no written communication has been received. There was an additional email with pictures sent by me to note additional damage done during install after I had a contractor come review the mess including but not limited to, sideways shingles and shingles falling off, damaged vinyl from roofers carelessness, the hvac vent being shifted upon roof scraping requiring more work from a different company to fix my now CO2 leak inside the house putting my family in danger, water leak in the attic requiring drywall repair to ceiling, just to name a few. 0 stars, will involve attorney if needed

Do not recommend! Ongoing issues with the roof install, holes in my vinyl siding from installers dropping equipment from the roof, paint splatter everywhere that was not properly cleaned and did not come off with pressure washing, b vent knocked loose during install causing carbon monoxide to leak into my home and a hefty bill to have my furnace moved to fix the problem, materials and roofing nails left scattered in drive way and throughout yard causing a flat tire, sideways shingles due to laziness of installers and terrible, terrible communication from the company. I reached out with my complaints immediately after install and again 6 weeks ago with pictures of the issues which was cc’d to the QC manager and sales manager and have yet to receive any response from anyone. I thought they were a reputable company and did my research before hiring them but apparently they have changed owners recently and the company has gone down hill since!
