Great prices and the products seem to be good quality. I had a great experience with Dan up to the point I tried to check that my order was in fact ready for pick up before driving 4 hours.

Over the phone and on the email correspondence, it was stated my order *should*be ready by Wednesday. After writing an email to check on it, I got an all caps response all but calling me an idiot, saying "READ THE EMAIL". I did, in fact read the email and wanted confirmation before driving 4 hours into Atlanta based on "should" be ready.

Dan, up to that point, it was great working with you and had you been more polite in responding to a simple, politely asked question, it would have been a five star experience.

NOO STARS. the tech banging and stretching trying to put the wrong replacement weatherstripping he had on my garage door messed my track up. He ignored my questions, roughly snatched the old stripping off, left my door worse with stripping he put on half off, torn twisted, bulky. I had one small gap, and straight stripping. Now, it's horrible,gaps for rodents,and air. The tech just left after I called the company. The supervisor was worse, just said they can't fix it. My brand of door is hard to work on and to get another company to fix it.i couldn't close the garage door after the tech left it completely open had the nerve to say no charge. The supervisor even said he'd be upset with how the tech did and let my door, but no compensation I'm worse off now than before. With only one small gap don't use them!

From my first contact with this company, I was impressed. I had a lot of questions that were thoroughly addressed and answered. The price was the best of any other place I tried. We needed a roll up door for the steel shop we were erecting, and Horizon was the BEST! Our door looks fantastic!

Looked at a local add on Craigslist which maps it as a local company so I assumed it was local, called and spoke with Dan. Apparently the idea of adding a line that states this is a local pick up in Houston Is unreasonable because no one else thinks this is misleading....except for the other post that Reference the same thing. I have one of there doors and love it.....seems like an easy fix to just place an honest ad.

found on craigslist and they had prices listed and then tried to charge me more also had listed in another state that they are no t even located false advertisement
