J B Hall Custom Homes

J B Hall Custom Homes specializes in crafting fully customized residences and commercial structures for clients throughout Blanco and the surrounding Hill Country region of Texas. Based at 241 Lynx Cove, Blanco, TX 78606, the firm blends three decades of local building experience with a hands‑on approach that emphasizes transparency, attentive customer service, and meticulous detail.

Founded in 2001 by Jon B. Hall, a third‑generation builder who grew up around construction and holds degrees in Building Construction Technology and Applied Arts and Science, the company draws on a deep family legacy and Jon’s background as a construction superintendent for other Austin‑area firms. He continues to personally oversee each project, ensuring that every phase—from initial design consultation to final finishing touches—reflects the client’s vision.

The residential portfolio includes traditional ranch‑style homes, modern architectural designs, and larger estates with high‑end amenities, all tailored to the unique lifestyle of each homeowner. In addition to private residences, J B Hall offers custom commercial building services, applying the same level of craftsmanship and client‑focused coordination to business projects.

Clients can expect a collaborative process that begins with a design meeting, proceeds through detailed planning and construction, and concludes with a finished structure that meets the agreed‑upon standards of quality and functionality. By maintaining a close relationship with a select group of trusted subcontractors, the firm delivers consistent results while keeping communication clear and responsive.

Whether a homeowner seeks a Hill Country retreat or a business requires a bespoke commercial space, J B
