J & H Roofing & Construction

Since its founding in 1981, J & H Construction, Inc. has provided residential, commercial and industrial construction services throughout Mississippi from its headquarters at 1930 S Co Rd 101, Raleigh, MS 39153, USA. The family‑owned firm is licensed, bonded and insured, and it relies on its own skilled employees rather than subcontractors to handle projects ranging from roofing repairs to full‑scale building construction.

J & H offers a full suite of contracting services, including roofing, general construction, and dumpster rental. For commercial and industrial work, the company supplies on‑site equipment such as concrete saws, backhoes, excavators, dozers, dump trucks and lifts, which helps keep rental costs low for clients. The crew also provides crane services, with operators and riggers holding CIC certification; typical jobs start at $400 with a $100‑per‑hour rate.

Safety is a core focus: weekly safety meetings are held and the firm participates in ISNetworld, a recognized safety program. The team’s experience includes work in mills across the South, and it maintains strong relationships with local subcontractors and suppliers to support the regional economy.
