We were so happy with the job he did for us on our new 32’x44’ shop a year ago, it was a no brainer for us to have him and his great crew build our new 22’x50’ RV pole building. It turned out great. We hired John Malchow Construction to build our warehouse building. We knew ahead of time that John would not be an over communicator and often had to reach out to him but that was not a problem with us. Our project was very delayed, but in the end we had a great finished product and every bump along the way was handled well. We are very pleased with the workmanship he provided. We interviewed several contractors and John was not the cheapest or most expensive. He paid attention to many details that others omitted and I think we have a superior product because of his guidance and work. Couldn't be happier.
