O stars for this company. I ordered metal garage 20x30 and started to do all documents to get permits. They provided me contractor NW Steel Buildings and took 2203 $ deposit and gone for every. ATTENTION AFTER Y PAY DEPOSIT THEY GONE, THEY FORGET YOU FOREVER. THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF YOU. SCAMMING YOU. Almost 10 months left and I have 0 % done work. I don't have nothing. I sent documents to contractor because they don't do good ingenering (I paid 2000$ also for it) and after 3 months waiting I called and they don't do anything. This is unbelievable scam. After all of this problems I asked to cancel this project and I asked to get refund of my deposit because they don't do anything. I was in office in person and call about 5 times and they always said, will talk to owner and we call you back. 1 months left no one call me back and just say me SORRY. For 2203$ my deposit at least give me call and say me something. This is unbelievable poor service. 😢 I feel like I've been robbed. I'm not recommending anyone to have business with this company.

FIRST OF ALL, THEY DO NOT MANUFACTURE THESE BUILDINGS. THERE ARE LOCAL MANUFACTURERS IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST THAT DOES IT. SAVE MONEY AND GO DIRECT. YOUR NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS KARPORT’S CUT FOR THE SALE. SAVE YOUR “DEPOSIT” AND GO DIRECT!

Initially spent over $30k on two 24x40 enclosed buildings on my property. I decided to buy two buildings from this company and put a deposit in to “secure” installation. I received the contract, followed instructions from Karport King, followed their instructions on the foundation work, was instructed to have a minimum of 24inches of foundation around the future building, and when the actual manufacturer/installer came out, they told me that the Karport continues to provide bad instructions! I was told by the manufacturer that water will leak between the base of the building and that the foundation and that the building needed to be exact/flush to the building size, not 24inches wider on all four sides. One building is for my live animal where it needs to be clean and dry at all times, and another for a work shop. it’s Fall/Winter, I have water seeping under the carport and puddles all over my “enclosed” building!

THEY DISREGARDED MY CALLS AND EMAILS, NEVER CARED TO REACH BACK FOR ANY SORT OF REIMBURSEMENT, COSTED ME MORE ON FOUNDATION WORK WHEN I DIDN’T NEED TO, DELETE ALL OF MY COMMENTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA FOR THEIR BUSINESS AND HAVE YET TO CONTACT ME, EVEN AFTER A YEAR OF TRYING.

They are the middleman. No matter how bad the contractor is you will not get a refund on your deposit. Good luck.

The ladies in the office have been nothing but helpful in the building of our garage. The manufacture was timely and had it up in not time at all. Very impressed with the products and the staff. Would recommend!

Our $10,000 structure (4 months old) collapsed on our new RV! We were told by heavy metal carports that it's too bad for us even though their builder put it up on the wrong property and had to dismantle it and rebuild it on our property. We believe that compromises the structural integrity. Karport king uses Heavy metal carports, buyers beware.

Pls stop lying to clients about 3-8 weeks , I’m on mine 15 week and still waiting, no call , no return call , all good until i pay the deposit, then silence , I have no idea how can you still run this business and lying so much 🤦‍♂️, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Running a rip-off type of business, I thought that sound to good to be trough , and I was right ! 😂, stay away from them !!!!

I ordered ordered rv carport they said 4 to 7 weeks out after the 9th week I called manufacturer to find out what was up they they had delays because of covid 11th week called dealer someone had canceled my order and did not tell me lost down payment bad dealer rep and poor customer service
