KBP Construction Plus LLC

This builder is very sneaky and dishonest. He has a history of writing checks to contractors then stopping payment on them while they are being deposited. If you want liens on your property before you move in, this your guy! My business lost a $16k payment on one of his recent jobs!
I have copies of check numbers 540 and 541 that were written from KBP and signed by the owner on 3/10/24. Both checks were returned because of "stop payment".

Working with KBP Construction was an absolute pleasure! From beginning to end, Bohdan and his team were prompt and courteous and always provided excellent communication. It’s refreshing to find a company that has pride in their work and does what they say they’re going to do. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with KBP again on any project.

Stay away from this contractor!! The whole entire process with Bohdan was a nightmare for my family. We would go weeks, sometimes even months being told certain things were being done on our home to get it done when in fact we were lied to over and over again!! We went way over our deadline of when our home was supposed to be done. My husband had to leave his job multiple times, to “run” and get things HIS crew needed!! Materials would not be out there and they would just leave. We would call, text, email and go long periods of time without hearing from Bohdan! We have many many text messages, and calls of the awful business practice this company has!! Do not let these few good reviews fool you. Like it did us!!

It’s so awful that the check he paid the septic company with, HE CANCELLED on them! When in fact we have a contract and even messages where he was supposed to pay this company for the work they did on our home!

I NEVER leave reviews, but this was an absolute nightmare for my family!! Stay away from this company at all costs!!!! The lies, the scams, and my home is still not all the way finished how it should be!

He left my family in such an awful situation with having to stay at a hotel, stay with family. Due to him going months and months of our deadline. His crew treated our property like garbage. We have pictures of beer cans, food, and other trash left all over property! He also NEVER had them come back to clean it up. We were completely scammed by this man!!! I pray this saves other families from going through what we have been going through.

Numerous inspections were done of our home, and we failed them multiple times due to him not having everything done correctly!! It cost us money to pay for the failed inspections, because he refused to pay for the errors on his end! I could go on and on about how awful Bohdan, and this whole entire process was! Please stay away from this company!!!!!

We’ve heard many positive reviews and We’re hoping to do the same thing. We had the opportunity to sit down with Bohdan and talk about our Barndo plans a month ago. Currently, I am still waiting on the quote.
