We're still waiting for corrections to be made from original installation. I shouldn't have to chase and badger someone to correct work that they have admitted was not done correctly.

Anne Attaya has been awesome to work with, very professional and responds in a timely manner. She has dealt with me changing the plans on my building numerous times and still stayed calm and collected! They came highly recommended and have not disappointed.

From my first call inquiring about a building through delivery and setup, excellence from start to finish! Jessica took my initial call, she went above and beyond to get information to me about available buildings. Upon arrival to look at buildings, DJ was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. The delivery and set up team was professional and quickly got our building set up EXACTLY where we wanted it. Highly recommend!

I have purchased 2 big top off the line carports from here and DJ is amazing. spend a bit more on the top off the line, and ad more panels siding in the future or ad on parts.

Where should I start? Right from the start i had issues with one of their conrete contractors. After being told they would be there on specific days they never showed up costing me hundress of dollars since I stayed home to show them where to form the slab. I was told the slab would be poured on numerous different days just to have the contractors cancel the pour. The contractors left water bottle caps and beer bottle caps laying in my yard. I had a ramp poured to drive up into the shop and all 3 sides of the ramp had spots that were barely 1½ thick with grass hanging out of the concrete. This was from them not doing any prep work and just surface pouring the concrete. DJ stated that it wasn't his problem even though it was one of his contractors. The contractor Tony Gonzalez then got hostile with me after I called him out about the crappy work. He then threatened to come bust up the ramp while I was at work. I had to threaten to have him trespassed from coming back to my property. After the building was completed I kept having sand all over the shop with all the doors closed. DJ came out to look at it and we were able to duplicate what was happening. Of course his response was "not my problem I will contact TBS and see what they say". The dirt/sand was blowing up between the walls and frame of the building. Every time the wind picks up my shop fills with sand. TBS allegedly told DJ that it wasn't their problem either. I tried reaching out to the contact that DJ sent me several times but Philip is always too busy and won't return phone calls. Now I am left with a $18,000 building that fills with sand every time the wind blows because as DJ stated "these aren't sealed buildings". DJ also suggested I spend hundreds of dollars to have sod installed around the shop to keep the sand out. There is already bahia grass all the way around the shop. So I would say stay far, far away from Keens.

Wonderful customer service. wonderful product. overall happiness is a level 10 of 10. delivery guys where the most expert guys I've seen. Over all a 10/10

DJ did a great job designing an 18x16 shed for us. Moreover his install crew did an outstanding job. Very happy with the materials and workmanship.
