Friendly and very informative, they know their stuff.

Cannot recommend. In the end, they would not come to my site to verify delivery (and be paid for it) which is foolish. Also wanted caulking laid down (me paying for the materials a labor…) also refused. Very low-life types seem to be running the business ultimately… Lost my 12’x20’ garage business. Asked to speak with the GM, refused. Will find another metal building manufacturer Keens and Tubular (their manufacturer) are completely off my list.

I wanted to comment on my own experience with Keen's Buildings Supercenter location in Live Oak, Florida. For a few months before I made my purchase, I visited multiple other businesses in Live Oak and Lake City, as well as MacLenny and nearby cities online. I priced many sizes (over 30 buildings) and multiple manufacturers. I needed a large storage building to serve a dual purpose for both storage and as an office space. Keen's Buildings was my last stop. I worked with Josh. He gave me the best price I had received for the size building I wanted. And, the price I was quoted was all-inclusive - taxes, delivery and set up. There were no hidden fees, no back-and-forth, and the price I was quoted was the actual price I paid. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the whole process. If I ever need another building, I'll visit Josh again at Keen's Buildings in Live Oak. Thank you for your exceptional service.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff....no pushy salesman.

We purchased a 12x24 shed several years ago and could not be happier with it. Through the storms when trees have been uprooted, roof damaged, etc. , shed has not had any issues, not one. Buying again from Keen. Highly recommend them. Billy is awesome!

My experience with Keenes Buildings in Live Oak Fl could not have been better. Billy Jenkins (sales) was professional, knowledgeable, and personable - no pressure. I placed my order on a Tues. and it was delivered on Fri. The delivery men were polite and definitely knew what they were doing. The quality of my 10x10 metal shed exceeds all expectations. I wish all sales experiences could be as good as this one.

Salesman (Billy) was attentive to my needs, friendly and professional. The gentlemen that delivered the building were GREAT. They were on time and very professional.
