They have built many buildings for us. They are amazing.

Setup an appointment with Kitto Sheds. Was told would be at our home between 12 and 2pm. Waited till after the appointment and called, and was told she forgot about the appointment.
So the representative came out after we called.
The representative and my wife came up with the details and the rep advised she would email a quote.
After 3 days we received the quote which the price was good, no issues, however the dimensions of what we wanted were not correct and my wife replied asking for a revival of what was originally spoken and written down.
No reply from the representative. I called 2 days later and was told sorry been so busy and said she would send an email that would allow us to move forward.
Wife received the same email that was originally sent with no changes of the very small issues we needed changed.
Still no response and it's been 2 weeks now.
We will not be having our $21,000 worth of work done with Kitto Sheds as they do not follow up with customers.
Would not recommend using their services.

Very disappointing! We had a pleasant enough experience throughout the entire purchase with this company. They are a local company that has deep roots and a lot of recommendations. We purchased a metal building and chose to finance it with a 3rd party company that they partner with. My wife and I were presented with an available promotion with specific terms by the project manager which helped our decision to purchase at the time. The building was delivered and installed in the time frame we were told, but once the loan was funded we found out the promotion we were sold on was not available and our payments were going to be higher than we were told. Kitto sheds was supposed to correct this situation and has not. They were supposed to follow up with us, they have not. The finance company doesn't care that we were misled by the project manager because they just want their money. After multiple attempts to resolve this with Kitto sheds via phone, email and in person we are being ignored and set aside. I finally tried to address the issue in person and was all but yelled at by the project manager in their office, called a liar and treated like I was the problem. On top of that, now they are refusing to provide the plans for our building so I can get a permit. Buyer beware. Make sure you know who you are doing business with. This entire situation could have been avoided with proper communication and a little professionalism.

kitto sheds has been around forever in Polk County they literally do it all. I purchased two steel buildings from them and sent my neighbor for a building. Alexis pulled my permit, arranged all the inspections with the county and my building survived three hurricanes. I deal with Allan who has his hands in everything, I dropped off tires, found parts for my truck and rented heavy equipment for miscellaneous projects. Best crew Brad is great and treats customers well. thank you all for always being there for anything I need.

13 days to get an invoice...
37 days to finish the job...
$1000 in ritchie storage because of them
$500 extras because arms removal (I ask to unmount to load on a step deck, not detach the arms from the dozer, good way to get extra $500)
The worst communication I ever had with a provider
Rude, abusive and careless...

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. Took 5 months to so call fix my truck had to ask him about every other week if there was any word on it and he tells me no. Finally got the truck back to find out all my stuff was stolen off my truck light bar, spotlight, antenna, and tool box ransacked chainsaw stolen and so much more confronted owner he didn’t care nor did he try to find anything out about what I was telling him talked to the lady at the front desk told her about what was going on then she proceeded to say (oh maybe it was the tow truck driver who took your stuff) so I tell her you guys towed it here. This place is a joke he then tells me I owe him 1250$ drove the truck a few days and it wasn’t fixed! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.

Kitto Sheds are very professional, polite, down to earth and a pleasure to work with. Alexis helped us design our structure and she is knowledgeable and personable. I had a problem with my building about a year after it was constructed and even though I did not have it insured and it was out of warranty they came through for me and fixed the problem. Lesson learned on my part to insure it and they helped me out of their pocket for something that was not their fault because they are good hearted people. It is hard to find that in a company these days and I really appreciate it.
