KPMjr work on the house with Hardy fiber cement siding was excellent. Mike, the owner, was responsive and always available with updates and information. His 2 workers were friendly and very professional, and answered my questions. Very satisfied and the house, siding looks beautiful. Jim Shannon

Great experience working with Mike and his forman Tom. They are very easy to work with. Always willing to spend time helping you with the design and don’t mind making changes during the job. Tom is a master craftsman and a great person.

KPI Jr recently replaced 10 windows and repaired other siding issues for my home. Michael is a wonderful communicator- he listens carefully and makes suggestions, provides options and advice, but doesn't try to upsell. The work was done beautifully at a fair price. I appreciate the work ethic and attention to detail.

Mike is great to work with. He is very responsive to email, texts and calls. His roof crew did an excellent job and got it done in one day and worked into the evening. Looking forward to an upcoming job we have already spoken to Mike for. Mike was highly recommended to me and we have already recommended to others.

Mike was great to work with. He came out to my house and explained in detail how the job would be done and left me some documentation.
