This is building number 7 for me and the 4th building contractor. These guys are far and away better than any of the others. We had several challenges with material and supplies from the factory as well as some terrible engineering defaults from general steel we had to reconfigure. It took these guys way longer than it should have due to all these issues that were no fault of their own. They are the first to clean up the site completely before they left. There were no screws or small pieces laying around anywhere. They even swept the entire building! They will be my only call for future buildings.
