Description

Legacy Carports has built a sizable inventory of prefabricated steel structures that serve homeowners and small‑business owners throughout Charlotte, North Carolina, and the surrounding region. Operating from 525 N Tryon St Suite 1600, Charlotte, NC 28202, USA, the company designs, manufactures, and supplies metal garages, carports, pergolas, sheds, barns, storage buildings, and custom‑fabricated steel projects. Their catalog includes options such as single‑slope garages, vertical‑roof carports with side enclosures, drive‑through designs, and specialty structures like horse barns, RV covers, and commercial‑grade carports. Prices are presented as regional estimates, and the team advises customers to confirm exact costs for their zip code.

In addition to product sales, Legacy Carports offers design assistance and guidance on local building‑permit requirements. Their resources explain when a metal carport is classified as a permanent structure, what permits may be needed, and how to avoid common compliance pitfalls—helpful information for anyone planning a freestanding or attached steel addition. The firm’s services are listed under garage building, carport and pergola construction, metal and steel construction, shed building, and steelwork design.

Clients who need a durable, pre‑engineered metal solution can rely on Legacy Carports for detailed product specifications, transparent pricing, and practical advice on permitting and installation. Contacting the company provides access to a broad selection of steel structures and the expertise required to move a project from concept to completed building.

just had a Rv carport and storage garage built yesterday by Legacy Caport and Storage Buildings and I can't say enough about how professional the entire process was from start to finish. My salesman Austin who was located in the Carolina's he was so helpful and prompt to return my calls answer any questions , suggest ideas and help us throughout the entire process.I can’t say enough about all the input he gave us and how well he communicated everything!
Now for the Team of Gentleman who came and delivered and setup my building were the hardest working Team of guys I have ever encountered and so nice neat and respectful! I can't say enough about how hard they all worked even past sunset , they worked like 15 hours the first day and how great our building turned out! I would highly recommend this Company for any of your storage / carport needs!

We purchased a carport for Harrisburg Presbyterian Church Child Development Center to provide shade for the children. Such a great experience from the first phone call to the completion of it. Everyone was professional and very helpful. We will call them again when we are ready to put one on our school age playground. Thank you Austin at Legacy Carports.
