Do Not Use This Company - Years of Empty Promises
I contracted with L and G Building and Concrete from Asheboro, NC in 2021 to construct a 30x30 workshop building. What should have been my dream home workshop has turned into a four-year nightmare.
The building has leaked profusely since construction was completed. Despite a workmanship warranty in the contract, the company has failed to honor it. I’ve received nothing but empty promises from 2021 through 2025. The owner David even promised to refund some of my money - that never happened either.
Adding insult to injury, it took until 2025 for the building to finally pass code inspection - four years after construction began.
I’ve invested over $20,000 into this project and have tried every avenue available to me, including the BBB and construction defect attorneys, with no resolution.
Save yourself the money, time, and heartache. Find a contractor who stands behind their work and actually honors their warranty commitments.

I recently ordered a 30x50 from this company, although some of the reviews were a bit concerning, I decided to move forward with them and actually had a great process and experience with them, concrete pour was great and timeline was expected. Raul did a great job of explaining how the work would be done, he answered all my questions in a well explained manner. I would recommend.

I’ve had a great experience so far with L&G, timing was precise and exactly as explained , process was smooth and easy & Raul the sales rep who helped me throughout the whole process did a great job every step of the way! Very happy with my building!!

I was on my way home from work and whoever was driving a truck for them was extremely dangerous. They were weaving in and out of traffic, excessively speeding, and nearly hit me while merging into my lane to get around someone. If this is how they conduct themselves in a company vehicle, then I can’t imagine why anyone would want to do business with them.
