Breaks promises, delivers bad quality, dock lift broke twice, has always excuses and blames the customer

Worked directly with Loyd Contracting Company, Inc. during all three phases of our new church home. From helping us with Conditional Use Permitting with the City, to installing door handles in our new facility...the Loyd Contracting team was a wealth of knowledge for our project. They built a house next door and destroyed my very tall palm tree and replaced with a sick smaller tree that died and now threatens to fall on their customers property and destroy their fence if i do not remove it. And they told me they will not remove it . I just wanted them to give me fair market value for the tree and they would not do that and wanted me to prove they did it when their contractor admitted it when it happened . Now there is a crack in the side of their house that i do not want to get blamed for, looks like a foundation failure to me , I have photos of it so if this tree hits the house you can see the big crack and the tree still standing. The crack is probably from foundation settling or some other quality issue ,

We initially arrived at this company with unrealistic ideas regarding prices, etc. However, after stretching our ideas about budget greatly, this company's representative kept raising the price of the finished product by appx. twenty thousand dollars per visit, until we were priced out of our range completely. But not before we had paid for blueprints. We were also advised initially by their representative, JG, that a lot would be available to us for twenty thousand, which ultimately turned out to be forty thousand. Bad, bad business practices here by their rep, JG!

Plus, dont try to send a message on their website. The code numbers keep changing so you cannot finish your message. Hence, you must resort to this review board.
