Luna Metal Buildings & Concrete, LLC

I spend 10 thousand dollars for them to come put a garage in my yard. The metal is extremely bent, the building is not level, it’s leaning sideways, and other smaller issues. I have tried to contact them to have them come fix it and they will not work with me on it. I am extremely frustrated with this company. Do not use them under any circumstances.Would give 0 stars if I could.

I can not express how happy I am with the building and the whole experience I have had with Luna and the entire crew. They have kept in full contact from start to finish. I would give them 10 stars if I was able to.

Luna Metal Building has fulfilled my aspirations with my construction project. The architectural design of the building is exceptional, and the sales representatives have demonstrated exceptional assistance and professionalism throughout the process.

Y experience with Luna Metal was more than great. Miss Tonia was fantastic to deal with thru the whole process. Everything was perfect to the agreed contract. Carlos the concrete contractor was fantastic he and his crew 5 stars they helped me with a very difficult situation with the building and ramp otherwise I would have had to scrap getting the building but they put there heads together and got it done. 2 weeks after the concrete was poured the installer was on my property installing my building. There was just 2 guys who put up my building and in 6 hrs. time they were finished. I am very pleased with the installation of my building screws are uniform, the doors close smooth, boxing and angles are great, the ceiling insulation is not sagging. I am thoroughly satisfied. From the time I paid the deposit it took approximately 6 weeks total to get the pad poured to installing the building and that was spot on because Miss Tonia gave me a six week turn around.

As I read some of the reviews, I want to say that the concrete crew was more than knowledgeable about their job as concrete specialists. The installers was more than capable of putting the building together and not only that but they cleaned up after themselves. I believe I picked up a total of about 15 screws and they were either hid under the dirt or had been stepped on and pushed in the dirt I consider 15 screws very minimal to the hundreds or even thousands that they use on a building. As for their neatness and knowledge I give 5 stars. As for the process from contract to finish only a great experience. Now as far as the money is concerned the only up front money I paid was the deposit, the concrete crew was paid the day of pouring, the installers were paid at the end of the installation, as far as the building in general I have no complaints about their craftsmanship all angles were cut appropriately, the metal covered my pad all the way to the ground so no water can get in. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a building

Very easy to work with turnaround time was 3 weeks from initial contact, scheduling and concrete. Everything passed inspection with the city and county. Exactly as described very happy with their service and the pricing. Crew was there early and didn’t leave until everything was secure, clean and presentable. 10 stars!

this company is crap I wouldn't go to them. screws everywhere and they just make a mess and don't clean up behind themselves and I top of that I had a building fully insulated and they got mud all over the insulation that you can see when you walk in.
