Make sure you have an engineer who can help you with the permit before buying anything from them. They’re only responsible for selling the materials — if you call them later for help, they’ll hang up on you while you’re still talking!

So far it hasn’t been a good experience. I purchased a 30 x 40 enclosed shop.
It leaks. I have lost a lot of items. I have called , left messages & even spoke to the owner. No one has contacted me. The owner said he would call back- no call back yet! I just want my building fixed.

My carport was finished last week, and I couldn't be more happy. It was build quickly, in spite of the weather disasters we recently suffered, and the builders were professional and friendly. The foreman went above and beyond with the installation. There were some issues with placement and fitment, all my fault, and he was able to work through it and make things work. I'm happy enough to be planning for work with them the next time they come to St. Louis.

They installed a 50x50 for me, very professional in what they do from customer service, all my calls were answered and my questions were resolved, a perfect job and it is not the company that does a bad job, there are just times when they choose the wrong personnel as in my case, the people were the right ones, 100% recommendable

Great price and great job. Communication was great. Delivered a week earlier than promised and was up in less than 2 hours (It's the one on the left). I'm very impressed with this company. I have a storage facility so the sooner I get it, the sooner it can start making money. Will definitely use again!

I purchased a carport from them 2 months ago. Since then, nothing. I've got 2 phone calls from them and all they have are excuses. If I don't get my carport very soon, there will be a lawsuit. This company sucks. Don't buy from them

I highly recommend you do not attempt to buy anything from this company. I put a deposit down more than 2 months ago I ordered it. I have been told multiple times that it would be this week for delivery and install. After being promised it would be last week and still not delivered I want to cancel order and get my deposit back. I have called and text sales rep with zero response. Called Man Made directly 3 times the lady that answers says she is the only one there and has no clue what to do that she only started 3 weeks ago. This should not be a big deal but very frustrating it has become.
